The competition programme includes one strength & conditioning session per week at the High Performance Centre, alongside two technical water training sessions.
Is there an extra charge for physical preparation?
No, access to the High Performance Centre is included in the competition formula at 580EUR per season. There is no additional cost.

Yes, exercises are tailored to each age group and level. The youngest athletes follow a specific programme focused on coordination, motor skills and progressive strengthening.
